Memories

Was asked to run an errand last Friday. Went to ASME at Bukit Merah to collect some documents. Walked over to Bukit Merah Central to get tapes which I was asked to buy. Was wandering around the place, looking for a book store when I noticed a building so familiar.

It's a very old building. 1st and 2nd floor are for the hawkers. 3rd level onwards are shops. It's the place I worked at during my Sec 1 holidays with my cousin for 3 bucks an hour.

Whoa~ Havent been there for years. 5 years at least. Went up to the shop where I worked in. I could still remember the very old doors (or shutters or whatever it's called), the 2 dustbins, even the smell.

A pity they are not opened yet and I had to leave. Was hoping to see the couple and their daughter. She was probably in kindergarten 5 years ago when I was working there. Shall go back there one day.

Results out!

I passed everything! Whooo~! I can go home and throw all my notes away tonight!

Updates

IPP's fine so far. Been asked to do crappy work like shredding paper, arranging namecards, photocopying, running errands etc. Very much as expected. But I still feel that it's a waste of my time.

Went for lunch with Jack, my supervisor, Josh's partner. He's a nice guy. Most importantly, he plays basketball and he lives in Whampoa. Very near my place. Might meet up for basketball one day.

Friday:

Met up with bangzhaokennethcorrineleekheng for dinner at the pub near bugis after work. It's called Jas Bar if I'm not wrong. Rushed down to lakeside to join Tiff for a farewell bbq for one of her colleagues in Adecco.

Joined the bangkennethcorrine later on after accompanying her home. Kenneth picked me up at Hougang and drove us around. Was looking for a good place for supper. Had Teo Chew Porridge at Kovan before heading back to Kenneth's place. Drank a little, watched DVD, fell asleep half-way.

Saturday:

Home in the morning. Slacked, slept. Went to the doctor for my nose. It's been so long since I last went to the doctor. Doctor said I hafta stop taking cold drinks and junk food. At least avoid them. Saddening. Worst of all, the medicine taste like shit. Imagine drinking 3 spoonful of blackish, bitter medicine and popping 6 saga-seed lookalike pills everyday after breakfast and dinner...Life suddenly became a little miserable.

IPP

Last paper over, 3 consecutive days of work over, 3 days of chalet over, now it's time for IPP. Placed to GMP. A recruitment service company according to my LO. Not really in the mood for IPP yet. Maybe the break in between is too short & i'm still in holiday mood. Praying hard. Hoping for good working environment, good supervisor, good grades from my supervisor. Bless me~

Kolam Ayer won Kebun Bahru on Saturday. The score was 61-45. Good start. I played! But i didnt score. Boring~ But my cousin Ke Lin is my new bball idol now. I'm so proud of him. Haha.

Chalet was alrite. Arrived at the place at 8+pm on the first night. Played games till the next morning. Slept for a few hours till 10+am and left the place for bball match. Went home b4 going to Hougang to bring Tiff down to the chalet. Slept rather early. Duno which idiot put toothpaste on my face while i was sleeping. May he die early. Muahaha~

Exams

Exams exams exams! 3 down, 1 last paper to go. Stressed! RTM was alrite. PS was piece of cake~ But GSCM was bad~ Didnt spend enough time studying. I would had been able to do the paper if i memorised the tips given by the lecturer. But it was really last minute. Didnt manage to finish studying everything either. Praying hard. Gotta start with IM soon.

Buay Tahan

The primary school opposite my house is playing their music so loudly now when I needa get my project done! So noisy lah. Play those duno how many years old songs somemore. Songs we listen when I was in primary school like Tarzan and Jane. OMG~

Sick~

Shouldnt had joined Kelvin thrice this morning. Shouldnt had skipped lunch today. Felt so sick in the afternoon. Probably cuz I was too hungry. Shouldnt had eaten KFC for dinner. My cough is getting worse. Shouldnt had eaten Old Chang Kee curry puff. Haiya~

Paradox shoes supervisor asked me to help him look for friends to work again. Introduced AiMei to work the other time. Asked ShiLin this time. She asked Sheena along. Haha. Exciting. So many friends working at the same place. Lidat dun feel like changing job liao ley. If only the whole DMSM family can work there. Haha. Think too much.
